To drink with grilled fish and shellfish.

Pur Chardonnay aged on lees, whitout malolatic fermentation and vinified in oak barrels.

An oaky and structured cuvee. A paradoxe between intensity and a fine effervescence.
This champagne has a pale yellow-green hue, full of life and exuberance.
An intense nose, with floral notes, citronella and pear eau-de-vie.
In the mouth, a concentrated and silky texture highlights the limestone side of this vintage.
We can also perceive a grapefruit and vanilla perfume.
Aged in gives it elegance and aromatic complexity.
